An old army buddy of Watson goes missing in a pattern of soldier suicides. Knowing there is something else at hand. Watson heads out of town. Holmes, ever the sleuth, comes along for the ride. It takes them out of Harlem, NY and into Devlin, Illinois where the local Department of Defense agents prefer they stay out of it. Will they be able to find the killer before the DoD locks them up?
