Any other websites that may be accessed from this site that are owned and/or operated by entities other than Mythic Collectibles, LLC are governed by their own policies and Mythic Collectibles, LLC disclaims any responsibility for their use. Use of these other sites is your sole responsibility.

Mythic Collectibles, LLC works hard to try to attain a completely accurate inventory system, but a system bug and/or human error can add some inaccuracies to even the most world class inventory system. Consequently, items listed as available and/or in stock are not guaranteed to be available, but in most cases will be available as stated. Thanks for your understanding.

Product Safety and Warnings

The products that Mythic Collectibles, LLC sells are intended for purchase by adults that are at least eighteen (18) years old. Our products are intended for display and not as toys. Please assume that one or all of the following warnings apply to each product that we sell: they may have small parts, sharp edges, points or other components that may represent a hazard in general and/or a choking hazard and may not be suitable for children under 18 years old. Please take care during unpacking, possible assembly and display of your product purchase. Mythic Collectibles, LLC does not manufacture the products we sell, does not conduct product testing and does not assume any liability regarding product safety or warranty of any kind. We will try to answer questions that you have about the specifics of the products we sell, but the information that we are provided by our distributors and/or manufacturers may be limited. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product’s safety, materials, etc., please contact the manufacturer directly.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders, or Advance Orders, are special orders that we can place for you for products that are scheduled by the manufacturer to be released at a future date.

All pre-order sales are final. All pre-order sales cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded since we are not allowed to cancel Pre-Orders at our distributors once the orders are placed. However, please see our Return Policy for a Pre-Order that is damaged during shipping or is defective. When you place an order for a Pre-Order, you are committing to buy and accept receipt of the Pre-Order product. Since Pre-Orders are products that a manufacturer plans to release at a future date, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will follow through with its production plans or cancel the entire line or reduce the number that they produce for limited-edition Pre-Orders or whether or not the manufacturer/distributor decide to allocate (ie partially ship) or limit the quantity of items shipped in relation to retailer orders. We are not responsible if a manufacture decides to adjust the proposed product line or cancel the line completely or partially ship what we ordered. If for reasons beyond our control, we cannot fulfill your order for a pre-order item, you will be given a full refund.

Shipping charged for a Pre-Order is an estimate only and is based on the weight and information that is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. If the actual charge for your selected shipping method is higher than the estimate, your payment method will be charged for the extra amount when your Pre-Order arrives, so please make sure your payment method is up-to-date before that time.

Pre-orders are not eligible for extra discounts or promotions of any kind beyond their listed sale price.

Product Details

Description & Images/Pictures: We use the product description and product images that are provided by the manufacturer and/or distributor prior to the product release and could be based on a product’s pre-production concept, design and/or prototype. Since the manufacturer can make adjustments to a product as it is finalized for release, please consider the product description and images to be an approximation of the actual final product that the manufacturer is planning for release. We do not guarantee that the manufacturer’s final product will be an exact match of the product description or images that they provided to us.

Prices: All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Our prices, especially for Pre-Orders, are based on the price information that is provided to us by the manufacturer and/or distributor. Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible for typographical errors of any kind including but not limited to incorrect prices from the manufacturer and/or distributor, typographical data entry errors for prices, etc. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order that has an incorrect price.

Release Dates:Release dates for product, especially for Pre-Orders, are provided to us by the manufacturer and/or distributor. Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible for manufacturer and/or distributor changes to product release dates or changes to their shipping schedules.

Shipping

We currently sell and ship to:

UNITED STATES (U.S.) including APO & FPO and U.S. Territories.

We ship orders with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION via USPS or UPS depending on the type of item and the destination.  

The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping and handling costs.  

Shipping to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, APO & FPO and other US TERRITORIES may incur additional shipping charges based on the shipping carrier and shipping method chosen.

Packaging: Your order will be well packed. If a COMICS order, they will be packed in a cardboard BOX, each comic will be BAGGED & BOARDED and packed in between two cushioning pads.

Handling Time: Estimated handling time is usually 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your cleared payment.

Shipping Insurance: Domestic Shipping Insurance is $0.80 per $100 of coverage. International Shipping Insurance is $1.40 per $100 of coverage. These are the exact fees that we are charged for coverage by the Insurance Company. The first $100 of coverage is included in the shipping/handling charge.  We highly recommend that, if needed, you purchase additional shipping insurance to cover the full amount of the item(s) purchased, since we will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to a shipment once it is delivered to the shipment carrier.  Please contact us via email if you have any questions.
