General

The Privacy Policy posted on our www.MythicCollectibles.com website is incorporated into these Store Policies by this reference.

In relation to these Store Policies, the words “us”, “we”, “our” and “Mythic Collectibles” mean and refer to Mythic Collectibles, LLC, a U.S. Pennsylvania LLC. The words “you”, “your” and “customer” mean and refer to the person or entity that is using the www.MythicCollectibles.com website or any affiliated website or that purchases our products and/or services.

The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the customer’s website account username and password (i.e. your login credentials) on our www.MythicCollectibles.com website or on any affiliated website. The customer is solely responsible for any activity that is conducted thru the customer’s website account on our www.MythicCollectibles.com website or on any affiliated website.

The Store Policies of Mythic Collectibles, LLC are subject to change without notice, at any time and for any reason. The content of this site may be changed or updated without notice, at any time and for any reason. Your continued use of the www.MythicCollectibles.com website constitutes your continuing agreement to our Store Policies and any updates.

Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for typographical errors of any kind, including but not limited to an incorrect price and reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order or refuse service to anyone.

By using our www.MythicCollectibles.com website and/or placing an order for product or service or using any affiliated website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Any other websites that may be accessed from our www.MythicCollectibles.com website or accessed from any affiliated website that are owned and/or operated by entities other than Mythic Collectibles, LLC are governed by their own policies and Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for the use of these other websites. You are solely responsible for your use of these other websites.

Mythic Collectibles, LLC uses email as our main communication method to communicate order status, etc. with our customers, so please make sure that our email address is on the approved list of your email client software.

Product Safety and Warnings

The products that Mythic Collectibles, LLC sells are intended for purchase by adults that are at least eighteen (18) years old. Our products are intended for display and not as toys. Please assume that one or all of the following warnings apply to each product that we sell: they may have small parts, sharp edges, points or other components that may represent a hazard in general and/or a choking hazard and may not be appropriate for individuals under eighteen (18) years old. Please take care during unpacking, possible assembly and display of your product purchase. Mythic Collectibles, LLC does not manufacture the products we sell, does not conduct product testing and is not responsible or liable for product use or product safety or product warranty of any kind for any product including but not limited to prop replicas of any kind including but not limited to those of weapons like guns, swords, daggers, axes, etc. Please be careful with the display and use of your prop replicas and any of our products always with safety in mind. We will try to answer your questions about the specifics of the products we sell, but the product details that we are provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier may be limited. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product’s safety, materials, etc., please contact the manufacturer directly.

Content

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the content of a particular product, service or web page is appropriate for you. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for whether the content of a particular product, service or web page is appropriate for you since we are not the product manufacturer. Some products may be considered “mature themed” and may not be appropriate for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years old. We can not guarantee that all “mature themed” products will be labelled as such.

Orders

Web Orders Only: We only accept and process orders thru our www.MythicCollectibles.com website (including orders from other web sales channels) and not by mail or by telephone or by email or by any other method.

Split Order Processing: Orders that contain both In-Stock and Pre-Orders and/or Backorders will be processed in different stages. Each In-Stock product will ship as soon as possible and the Pre-Orders and/or Backorders will ship separately once they arrive and are In-Stock. These types of orders could incur extra shipping charges due to these multiple shipments (essentially these are multiple orders that are created on one order), but we will do our best as always to make sure that any shipping charges are as cost effective for our customers as possible.

Product Details

Product Descriptions and Images: We use the product descriptions, product images and various product details that are provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier prior to the product release and these product descriptions, product images and various product details could be based on a product’s pre-production concept, design and/or prototype. Since manufacturers can make adjustments to a product as it is finalized for release, please consider the product descriptions, product images and any product details to be an approximation of the actual final product that the manufacturer is planning for release. We do not guarantee that the manufacturer’s final product will be an exact match of the product descriptions, product images or any product details that the manufacturer and/or supplier provided to us.

Prices: All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Our prices, especially for Pre-Orders, are based on the price information that is provided to us by the manufacturer and/or supplier. Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for typographical errors of any kind including but not limited to incorrect prices from the manufacturer and/or supplier, typographical data entry errors, etc. Prices can be changed or updated without notice, at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order that has an incorrect price.

Estimated Release Dates: Product release dates, especially for Pre-Orders, are estimates that are provided to us by the manufacturer and/or supplier. Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for manufacturer and/or supplier changes to product estimated release dates or changes to their production or shipping schedules.

Product Stock Status: Mythic Collectibles, LLC works hard to try to attain a completely accurate inventory system, but a system bug and/or human error can add some inaccuracies to even the most world class inventory system. Consequently, products listed as available and/or In-Stock are not guaranteed to be available, but in most cases will be available as stated. Thanks for your understanding.

Sales, Promotions and Discount Coupon Codes: Only one Sale, Promotion or Discount Coupon Code can be applied to a given product at a time. Mythic Collectibles, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any product from any Sales, Promotions and Discount Coupon Codes or to adjust any order accordingly or to update any Sales, Promotions and Discount Coupon Codes without notice, at any time and for any reason. It will generally be noted in the details of the Sale, Promotion or Discount Coupon Code what products qualify. Shipments to International Ship-To destinations do not ever qualify for any extra shipping discounts beyond what’s described in the Shipping section.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders, or Advance Orders, are special orders that we can place for you for products that are scheduled by the manufacturer to be released at a future date. One of the best reasons to purchase a product as a Pre-Order, especially a highly popular limited edition collectible, is to be able to purchase a product before it’s even released, in most cases, at a great discount. It’s not uncommon for a highly popular Pre-Order product to sell out before it’s even released, especially products that are limited edition collectibles.

Pre-Order Return Policy: All Pre-Order sales are final. All Pre-Order sales can not be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded since we are not allowed to cancel Pre-Order orders at our suppliers once the orders are created. Pre-Order products that qualify as a Defective Product, Damaged Opened Product, Incorrect Product Shipped or Product Shipped to Incorrect Address or are Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries, are covered by the appropriate section of our Return Policy. When you place an order for a Pre-Order product, you are committing to complete your purchase and accept receipt of your Pre-Order product shipment.

Pre-Order Return Policy -- Only Refund Exception: If for reasons beyond our control (please see the Pre-Order Product Details section of our Pre-Order Policy for some examples), we can not fulfill your order for a Pre-Order product, you will be given a refund.

Pre-Order Product Details: Since Pre-Orders are products that a manufacturer plans to release at a future date, we can not guarantee that the manufacturer will follow thru with their production plans or whether they will cancel the entire line or whether they will reduce their planned quantity of a Pre-Order product that they produce or whether the manufacturer and/or supplier decide to allocate (i.e. partially ship) their retailer client orders or whether they limit the quantity of Pre-Order product they ship to their retailer clients, so Mythic Collectibles, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for these or any other decisions the manufacturer and/or supplier decide to make in relation to their proposed Pre-Order product. If in the rare instance when the manufacturer and/or supplier do not ship our full order to us then customer orders for that Pre-Order product will be filled in the sequence in which the orders were received from our customers and approved by us from the actual Pre-Order product quantity we receive and customers with unfilled orders will be issued a refund.

Pre-Order Availability and Estimated Release Dates: Mythic Collectibles, LLC does not have any control over when a Pre-Order product is actually released or when we receive our Pre-Order product shipment. It’s possible that a Pre-Order product could be available from other sources before we receive our shipment, but you are still committing to complete your Pre-Order product purchase and accept shipment receipt of your Pre-Order product shipment regardless of when we receive the Pre-Order product from our supplier.

Sales and Discounts: Pre-Orders are not eligible for sales, promotions or discounts of any kind beyond their listed sale price (i.e. as noted in the Sales, Promotions and Discount Coupon Codes section of Product Details).

Pre-Order Payment: Currently our www.MythicCollectibles.com website will charge your payment method for the full Pre-Order product purchase price with a shipping deposit and any applicable PA Sales Tax (only for orders shipped to PA).

Pre-Order Shipping Charge: A shipping charge deposit for your Pre-Order product will be charged at the time your order is created. The remaining shipping charge and any applicable PA Sales Tax (only for orders shipped to PA) will be charged when your Pre-Order product is In-Stock based on the shipping method, package weight and package dimensions (if required by the shipping carrier), so please make sure your payment method is up-to-date before your Pre-Order product arrives and is ready to ship to you.

Pre-Order Shipping: Pre-Order products are generally shipped to you as soon as possible once they arrive from our supplier.

Pre-Order Payment Method Update: Please do not send us a Payment Method Update thru an unsecure method like email, text, social media, etc. You should email us only the request to update your payment method details without those actual details and we will reply with instructions for a more secure process for you to use to update this data. It is your responsibility to make sure that your payment method details are up-to-date with us before your Pre-Order product arrives and is ready to ship to you, so that the final order charges can be applied to your payment method for any remaining shipping charges and any applicable PA Sales Tax (only for orders shipped to PA). Any updates to your payment method, including but not limited to a new expiration date or CVV to the existing payment method, must be approved by us and pass all of our anti-fraud processes as described in the Customer Identity and Payment Verification section.

Pre-Order Ship-To Address Update: It is your responsibility to email us a Ship-To Address Update before your Pre-Order product arrives and is ready to ship to you. Any Ship-To Address Updates must be approved by us and pass all of our anti-fraud processes as described in the Customer Identity and Payment Verification section. If you do not notify us of a Ship-To Address Update for a Pre-Order product before it arrives and is ready to ship to you then you are responsible for any extra charges from the Shipping Carrier for address correction, shipment rerouting, etc. If the shipment is returned to us then the Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries section of our Return Policy will apply.

We do not accept Personal Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. Sorry, for any inconvenience.

PAYPAL eCheck: Please note that according to PayPal's policies, if you pay by eCheck your funds could take up to four (4) bank business days for the funds to clear your U.S. bank account and even longer for an international customer’s bank. Processing of orders paid by Paypal eCheck may be delayed accordingly.

Customer Identity and Payment Verification

Mythic Collectibles, LLC employs various technologies and services to confirm a customer’s identity and to verify the customer’s payment to help protect us and our customers from fraud. In addition to the anti-fraud functions of our payment processor, Mythic Collectibles, LLC also employs a third party company to validate the authenticity of a customer’s identity and to verify the customer’s payment, but they do not receive the customer’s full payment account number. All customers, both Domestic in the U.S. and International, must pass all of our customer identity and payment verification steps for us to process and ship your order. If your identity or payment can not be fully verified then unfortunately we will need to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Sales Tax

Pennsylvania (PA) Sales Tax of 6.0% will be applied to orders shipped to PA. The customer is also responsible for all other applicable taxes that could be applied to a purchase.

Shipping

Domestic: We ship to the UNITED STATES including APO, FPO and U.S. TERRITORIES.

Shipping to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, APO, FPO and other U.S. TERRITORIES may incur additional shipping and handling charges based on the shipping carrier and shipping method chosen.

International: All Shipments to destinations not included in the Domestic section. We generally ship Worldwide to the countries that are serviced by the shipping carriers that we use. In order to ship to your International Ship-To Address, Delivery Confirmation thru Shipment Tracking and Shipment Signature Confirmation must be available for each package of your order from our Ship-From Address to your International Ship-To Address. If either Delivery Confirmation thru Shipment Tracking and/or Shipment Signature Confirmation is unavailable to your International Ship-To Address then unfortunately we will need to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges. We do our best to make sure that any shipping and handling charges are as cost effective for our customers as possible.

Shipping Discount: Multiple purchases will be combined into as few packages as possible to save on shipping charges for customers that buy multiple products in one order. The discounted shipping charge will be based on the shipping method, combined package weight and package dimensions (if required by the shipping carrier) of your purchases. Shipments to International Ship-To Address destinations do not ever qualify for any extra shipping discounts beyond what’s described in this Shipping section (i.e. as noted in the Sales, Promotions and Discount Coupon Codes section of Product Details). We generally do not offer Free Shipping on our products since we would rather offer our customers very competitive product sale prices on the vast majority of our products and shipping charges that are as cost effective for our customers as possible instead of offering free shipping and just adding the shipping charge to the product sale price as many retailers do. If in the rare instance that Free Shipping is ever offered for a particular product then it would only apply to shipments of that particular product to Ship-To Addresses in the lower contiguous 48 U.S. States and not the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories or any International Ship-To Address destinations. Oversized Shipments never qualify for any shipping discounts of any kind.

Shipping Insurance: Your shipping charge includes Shipping Insurance for the full product purchase price of the products in your order. Please see the Product Lost or Damaged during Original Shipping section of our Return Policy for our Shipping Insurance claim process.

Shipment Tracking: We ship orders with Delivery Confirmation thru Shipment Tracking and we will send you an email with a tracking number for each package in the shipment once your order ships.

Shipment Signature Confirmation: U.S. orders with a value of $100 or more and all International orders will be shipped with Shipment Signature Confirmation. This shipping feature is used to help ensure that your potentially high value shipment is not left in an unsecure area. Please make sure that someone of appropriate age at your Ship-To Address can provide a Shipment Signature Confirmation at the time of delivery by the Shipping Carrier. There could be circumstances that would require Shipment Signature Confirmation for a U.S. order that has a value of less than $100.

Estimated Handling Time: This is the amount of time it takes to pick, pack and ship your order after we receive your cleared payment and you pass all of our customer identity and payment verification processes noted in the Customer Identity and Payment Verification section. Estimated Handling Time usually takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), is not guaranteed and could take longer at peak order processing times and during the Holiday Season at year end. Estimated Shipping Delivery Time is provided by the shipping carrier and does not include this Estimated Handling Time.

Estimated Shipping Delivery Time: The Shipping Carrier provides this estimate based on various factors including the shipping method, ship-from address, ship-to address, etc. and is their estimated delivery time for when they believe the shipment will reach it’s ship-to address destination. This is just an estimate and can be lengthened by numerous factors including but not limited to adverse weather, volume of shipments thru their systems, the holiday season, etc. This does not include the Estimated Handling Time. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for the actual delivery time that it takes the Shipping Carrier to deliver your shipment to your ship-to address destination.

Oversized Shipments: It’s not common, but some of our products can be deemed as an Oversized Shipment according to the Shipping Carriers. This could increase the Shipping Charge for your shipment based on the Shipping Carrier’s Oversized Shipment extra shipping charge. Oversized Shipments never qualify for any shipping discounts of any kind.

Shipping Charge Update: We do our best to keep Shipping Charges as cost effective as possible for our customers. However, Shipping Carriers periodically raise their shipping rates and we have to adjust our Shipping Charges accordingly while still trying to keep them as reasonable as possible for our customers. It’s also possible that a manufacturer and/or supplier has provided us with incorrect product weights or product dimensions. Mythic Collectibles, LLC reserves the right to adjust your Shipping Charge if the Shipping Carrier for your shipment raises their rates or the manufacturer and/or supplier has provided us with incorrect product weights or product dimensions. This is not common and will mostly be a rare issue for Pre-Orders and some Backorders since they can be ordered weeks to months before they are released and are In-Stock with us.

Shipping Methods: For the vast majority of orders we will be able to use your selected shipping carrier and shipping method. In rare cases (for example when product details provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier are inaccurate or the product weights or product dimensions are unavailable or inaccurate) we may have to adjust your selected shipping carrier and/or shipping method if your selected shipping method can not be applied to one or more of the purchased products of your order. In this rare case, we will do our best to select as comparable and cost effective a replacement shipping carrier and/or shipping method as we can.

Product Allowed at Your Location: Some of our products may be prohibited entry into your U.S. State or U.S. Territory for Domestic customers or into your country for International customers by your Ship-To Address location’s laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether a specific product is allowed and not prohibited entry to your Ship-To Address with your applicable government agency before you make your purchase. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for products that are denied entry into your U.S. State or U.S. Territory for Domestic customers or into your country for International customers by your Ship-To Address location’s laws and the customer will be responsible for all original shipping charges plus any return shipping and processing charges.

International Customers:

  • Your purchase may be subject to various customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, payments and impositions by the laws of your country.
  • These customs charges are not extra shipping charges from Mythic Collectibles, LLC, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable for any reason from Mythic Collectibles, LLC.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these customs charges might be before you make your purchase.
  • You may be prohibited by the laws of your country from importing some of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify with your country’s customs office that the products you are ordering are allowed for import into your country before you make your purchase. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for products that are denied import entry into your country and the customer will be responsible for all original shipping charges plus any return shipping and processing charges.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark products as "gifts" as required by U.S. and International government regulations.
  • International shipping delivery times could take longer than expected. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for delivery delays of any shipment going to your International Ship-To Address or delivery delays of any shipment going thru your country’s customs processing.
  • If any of the products are returned due to being denied entry into your country by your country’s customs office or if you do not accept delivery of the shipment then Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for any extra customs fees or extra shipping charges and the customer’s payment method will be charged for any extra charges incurred by the returning shipment. These types of returned shipments are covered under the Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries section and the Product Return from International Customers section of our Return Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Only purchases of In-Stock products can be cancelled after their order is created, but before they are in process at our warehouse or have already been shipped to you. Once your order is in process at our warehouse and especially after it ships to you, we unfortunately can not cancel the order. All other types of product purchases other than In-Stock products (for example purchases of Pre-Orders or Backorders) can not be cancelled after the order is created. All order cancellation requests can only be processed by email. We can not accept order cancellation requests by any other means (i.e. phone, social media, etc.) except by email, so that there is a written data trail for the benefit of both you and us. Please email us as soon as possible after you create the order and you determine that you need to cancel the order. If the order is already in process at our warehouse or has already shipped to you before you notify us by email of your order cancellation request then you will need to go thru our Return Policy process if you would still like to return the In-Stock product after your shipment receipt. Please email us your order cancellation request as soon as possible, so that we have the best chance to cancel your order before it’s in process at the warehouse and thus eliminating the need for you to have to return the In-Stock product.

Return Policy

Product Return Eligibility: Only purchases of In-Stock products can be returned for a product exchange or refund. All other types of product purchases other than In-Stock products (for example purchases of Pre-Orders or Backorders) can not be returned for an exchange or refund. Opened product can not be returned for an exchange or refund, so please determine whether you want to return your In-Stock product purchase before you open your product.

Pre-Authorization Required: All product returns for exchange or refund require Pre-Authorization from us. All requests for product returns can only be processed by email. We can not accept requests for product returns by any other means (i.e. phone, social media, etc.) except by email, so that there is a written data trail for the benefit of both you and us. Please email us within 14 calendar days of your shipment receipt with your product return request. The shipment receipt is defined in the Shipment Receipt section of our Return Policy. If you return product without receiving Pre-Authorization from us and it is returned to you as an unexpected shipment then your payment method will be charged for all applicable extra shipping and processing costs, so please make sure to contact us by email first with your product return request. Do not ship product returns to our mailing address for our PA headquarters since we can not process product returns at that address and if required your payment method will be charged for all applicable extra shipping and processing costs. If a refund is provided then it will be in U.S. Dollars.

General: Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Mythic Collectibles, LLC and we will work with you to resolve the issues! We want to earn your trust and your business as a long term customer. We will gladly exchange your unopened and undamaged product if one is available In-Stock or if a replacement is unavailable, we will be happy to refund the product purchase price minus all shipping and handling charges. For international customers, any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, payments and impositions by the laws of your country on the shipment are not refundable for any reason by Mythic Collectibles, LLC. For any product return, the product must be in it's original sellable condition, including any applicable product box, packaging and accessories. Please ship the product return back in it's original shipping box (as long as the shipping box is undamaged) with a copy of the invoice, so that we can more quickly process your product return.

Product Packaging: The vast majority of our products and packaging are in excellent condition. We guarantee that the product you ordered will be the correct product shipped. We do not guarantee that the Product Packaging (for example the packaging that the product comes in from the manufacturer) or the Shipment Packaging (for example the outer cardboard shipping box with any cushioning material inside around the product provided by us or the manufacturer) will be in unblemished condition. Product Packaging and Shipment Packaging that exhibits dents, dings, crunched corners, tears, etc. to boxes, cards, display boxes and windows, foam packaging, etc. is not considered to detract from the value of the product and is not considered to be a defective product.

Shipment Receipt: The time of your Shipment Receipt is based on the shipment’s Delivery Confirmation thru Shipment Tracking number status provided by the Shipping Carrier.

Original Shipping Charge: Regardless of whether the product return is for a product exchange or refund, the original shipping charge to ship that product to the customer is not refundable for any reason. The only exception to this policy is detailed in the Incorrect Product Shipped or Product Shipped to Incorrect Address section of our Return Policy.

Product Return Shipping Charge: The customer is responsible for all Product Return Shipping Charges. The only exception to this policy is detailed in the Incorrect Product Shipped or Product Shipped to Incorrect Address section of our Return Policy.

Product Return Shipment Tracking and Shipping Insurance: The product return must be shipped back to us with Shipping Insurance for full product purchase price and with Delivery Confirmation thru Shipment Tracking since we are not responsible or liable for product returns that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. If a product return is lost or damaged during the return shipment then our Product Return Lost or Damaged during Return Shipping section of our Return Policy will apply. Please email us the Delivery Confirmation Shipment Tracking Number once you ship your product return to us.

Product Return Expected Timeframes: We would appreciate it if you ship your product return back to us within 1-2 calendar days after your product return has been approved by us and you have received your Pre-Authorization from us. We will do our best to process your product return as quickly as possible, generally within 7 business days after product return shipment receipt.

Product Return from International Customers: Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, payments and impositions by the laws of your country paid by international customers are not refundable for any reason from Mythic Collectibles, LLC. This policy applies to all product returns from international customers that are returned to us for any reason including but not limited to whether the product return was initiated by the international customer or by their country’s customs office or if the shipment was undeliverable or if you do not accept delivery of the shipment. If a refund is provided then it will be in U.S. Dollars.

Product Return Lost or Damaged during Return Shipping: If the product return is lost or damaged during the return shipment then you will need to file a shipping insurance claim with the Shipping Insurance Company since a product exchange or refund would not be possible from us in that case. In order for us to process any product return, the product return must arrive safely to us and be in it's original sellable condition, including any applicable product box, packaging and accessories.

Product Lost or Damaged during Original Shipping: If a shipment has not arrived by the Shipping Carrier’s estimated delivery date, it may just be delayed with the shipping carrier, so please allow extra time for the shipping carrier to deliver your shipment. All Product Lost or Damaged during Original Shipping notifications can only be processed by email. We can not accept these notifications by any other means (i.e. phone, social media, etc.) except by email, so that there is a written data trail for the benefit of both you and us. Please email us to report the product that was lost or damaged during shipping within 48 hours of your shipment receipt. The shipment receipt is defined in the Shipment Receipt section of our Return Policy. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. Any product lost or damaged during shipping will result in an insurance claim being filed with the Shipping Insurance Company. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the required evidence to support the shipping insurance claim filed with the Shipping Insurance Company. Please make sure you keep all damaged product and shipment packaging since it will most likely be required by the Shipping Insurance Company for your shipping insurance claim along with photographs of the shipping damage. If a shipping insurance claim is made, reimbursement for Product Lost or Damaged during Original Shipping is solely provided by the Shipping Insurance Company and not by Mythic Collectibles, LLC and is based on the evidence the customer provides to support the shipping insurance claim. Mythic Collectibles, LLC has no control over how long it takes the Shipping Insurance Company to process your shipping insurance claim or whether they will approve your shipping insurance claim or whether they will reimburse you for any part of your shipping insurance claim. Shipping insurance claims can take weeks for the Shipping Insurance Company to process and for a lost shipment there may be a required waiting period before a shipping insurance claim can be initiated in addition to the shipping insurance claim processing time, so thank you in advance for your patience.

Defective Product: A Defective Product is a product that has damaged components not caused by shipping damage or is missing components or has incorrect components or has malfunctioning components within the product packaging from the manufacturer. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for defective products. All defective products are the product manufacturer’s responsibility and are covered under that Manufacturer’s Warranty policies where applicable. If needed we will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer in relation to their defective product, but defective product repair, replacement, exchange, etc. is solely provided by the Manufacturer and is governed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty for their product. If you require assistance contacting the Manufacturer for their Manufacturer’s Warranty service for their defective product, please email us within 48 hours of your shipment receipt. The shipment receipt is defined in the Shipment Receipt section of our Return Policy.

Damaged Opened Product: Please be careful when opening your product purchase. If the product is not damaged during shipping and is not a defective product, but damaged when the product was opened by the customer then the Damaged Opened Product will be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty for their product where applicable. Mythic Collectibles, LLC is not responsible or liable for products that are damaged when a customer opens them.

Incorrect Product Shipped or Product Shipped to Incorrect Address: If it’s our mistake that we shipped an Incorrect Product to you then we will pay to have the incorrect product returned to us, we will ship the correct product to you and pay for the correct product’s shipping charge to you. If it’s our mistake that we shipped your order to a Ship-To Address other than the correct/valid Ship-To Address you provided then we will pay to have the product returned to us or re-routed to you, we will re-route or re-ship the correct product to you and pay for the correct product’s shipping charge to you. If the Ship-To Address you provided was incorrect/invalid then the Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries section of our Return Policy will apply. All Incorrect Product Shipped or Product Shipped to Incorrect Address notifications can only be processed by email. We can not accept these notifications by any other means (i.e. phone, social media, etc.) except by email, so that there is a written data trail for the benefit of both you and us. Please email us within 48 hours of your shipment receipt. The shipment receipt is defined in the Shipment Receipt section of our Return Policy.

Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries: If the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable because the Ship-To Address you provided was incorrect/invalid or you do not accept delivery of the shipment or for any reason not covered in the Incorrect Product Shipped or Product Shipped to Incorrect Address section of our Return Policy then you are responsible for all original shipping charges and we will charge your payment method for any extra expenses incurred by the shipment being returned to us. If you request us to re-ship the shipment to a Ship-To Address that is different than the Ship-To Address you provided previously then this new Ship-To Address update must be approved by us and pass all of our anti-fraud processes as described in the Customer Identity and Payment Verification section.
